05/20/2009 It was a beautiful day on the water today, a might bit too beautiful. Despite more than enough good looking water things where tough throughout most of the day today. We picked up 2 teen size Bass and missed a handful of others. Along with the bass we also picked up a big Flatty. But all was not lost as our last area of the day we got into some very fun bluefish action with fish in the 3-5lb size which provided about 45 minutes of solid action, a nice way to end the day. Water temperatures ranged between 53 and 60.
