This is an amazing
skiff and I must say, I am very sad to see it go. Getting ready to move
into my new skiff for the 2010 season (from the same factory Hewes/Maverick.)
Thus, in turn, the Hewes has gotta go. I have had this boat since new in
2002, and anyone who knows me knows how tight and pristine I keep my boats,
so when I say this boat is clean you can be assured it is just that. This
skiff is a 2001
Hewes Bonefisher(purchased new in 2002) all Kevlar (very hard
to find!). Its weight is 750 lbs and drafts 6" of water, allowing you
to reach fish that others can't, and rides like a dream. It has a
90hp Yamaha 2 stroke engine,
holds 30 gallons of gas and has a range to run 130-135 miles easy, and fish
all day comfortably very fuel effecient. The boat has the following items
that are also included: GARMEN
178c chart plotter/fish finder/gps
with speed and temperature transducer. MOTORGUIDE
84 lb THRUST TROLLING MOTOR (2 seasons old), 24 VOLT BATTERY
CHARGER (for throlling motor batteries, additional
8 STATION ROD HOLDERS, . It has plenty of storage, live wells,
custom poling tower, console cover, Full Boat cover, and under gunnel rod
holders that will hold 9' fly rods, no problem (8 rods total) and will hold
up to 14 rods in total including console. It also includes EZ
loadertrailer (never been in saltwater)
